If Better is our #1 company word, Priority is immediately behind it. When we say Priority, it covers a list of concepts, but at the top Priority means You, our client.

Priority means we stay focused on you. As a small, family-owned company that guarantees you VIP service. You always start at the top. Your calls don’t go to an operator or someone in another country. You don’t get a middle manager who “can’t make that decision” or “will have to check with the boss”. You go straight to The Boss – Randy O’Brien. If he cannot swiftly respond to you, you will absolutely get a reply that day or first thing in the morning. Politely, we wouldn’t call after dinner unless requested.

Priority means staying committed to only building here in Texoma where we also live, laugh, and love. It means knowing what works best here for you. It means we are NOT a national corporation with a Board of Directors or high-paid executives out to maximize profits for out-of-state shareholders. Have you ever noticed that clause in nearly every big corporate contract where you would be agreeing that any legal action will be under the jurisdiction of some other state (hello, Delaware…) whose laws, oddly, better favor them and not you. Our priority is wholly here in Texoma and Grayson County under a Texas flag for you and us.

Priority means not focusing on just getting a sale and moving on. It means creating long term client relationships. For one family, we built homes for the parents, the older sister, and then the younger sister. We are hoping to soon build for their uncle. We have built 2 homes for another family (niece and aunt) and there is future consideration for a 3rd home (son/cousin). Another client had us remodel and update the kitchen and master bathroom in her 20-year-old O’Brien Custom Home. Those relationships reflect a valuable trust in our integrity, quality, commitments, and reputation that we strive to have with all our clients.

Priority means that we aren’t building 500 home subdivisions. We are focused on quality not quantity. We typically build just a few houses each month. Again, we stay focused on you and your house. During certain construction phases, your house is inspected by one of us daily. Randy, himself, checks every house weekly. We don’t have account managers who relay status report forms to you. We call, email, and update you directly. 

Priority means complete freedom of choice, so your house is unique and completely your own. We don’t have a Corporate Design Center (meaning mandatory) for your “convenience”. The reality is those Design Center options have really been picked so big companies get maximum profits. With us, you get any floorplan, paint color, fixture, siding choice, really anything you want (within respect to your budget and our minimum standards). You aren’t limited to only 3 shingle choices because the National Procurement department got a great deal or huge volume discount that month. And wildly if they did, somehow that cost savings doesn’t ever seem filter down to you…

Priority means our commitment to Build Better for you is not just throwing out fancy marketing words. It means backing up our reputation when we slip (not often 😉 but being human…) because it’s our family name out there not some nebulous company on the stock exchange.  Lastly, our Priority to you means that we will not build anything less in your house that we haven’t built in ours.
