Privacy policy
Short version: the only information this site collects is what you type into the enquiry form, it goes straight to Randy so he can call you back, and it is not sold or passed to anyone else.
What we collect
If you fill in the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about the build you have in mind. That is the whole list, and every field on the form is one you chose to fill in.
Why we collect it
So Randy can call you back about your enquiry. That is the only reason. We do not run marketing lists, we do not send newsletters, and we do not add you to anything.
Where it goes
The form sends an email to O'Brien Custom Homes at Buildobrien@gmail.com. Until December 2026 a copy also goes to the web developer who looks after this site, so that a message going missing gets noticed rather than sitting unanswered. That copy stops automatically at the end of that period.
It is not stored in a database on this website. The web server keeps a short log line recording that a message was sent, containing the name, the contact details and the internet address it was sent from. That last part is there so automated spam can be blocked, and for no other purpose.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with other builders, lenders, realtors or marketing companies. We do not use it for advertising.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. That records things like the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, and whether you arrived from a search engine. It sets cookies in your browser to do this. It does not tell us who you are, and it is not connected to the enquiry form.
You can block this with your browser settings, an ad blocker, or your device's tracking controls, and the site will work exactly the same.
Third parties
The site is hosted on a private server rather than a website builder platform. Fonts, images and video are served from that same server, so loading a page on this site does not report your visit to anyone other than Google Analytics as described above.
Keeping and deleting your information
Enquiry emails stay in Randy's inbox the way any other email does. If you want your details deleted, call 903.821.2482 or email Buildobrien@gmail.com and ask. There is no form to fill in and no waiting period.
Children
This site is aimed at people who want a house built. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
